Armenian Defense Ministry Confirms Attack on Its Missile Launchers in Vardenis
Baku / 14.10.20 / Turan: The Ministry of Defense of Armenia admitted today that the Azerbaijani Armed Forces struck missile launchers in the Vardenis region, from where missile strikes were previously launched against Ganja and Mingechevir.
However, the Armenian side rejects accusations that rocket attacks on Ganja and Mingechevir were conducted from the territory of Armenia. Yerevan threatens with retaliation.
It should be noted that Baku did not immediately strike at the territory of Armenia after the civilian objects and energy infrastructure of Ganja and Mingechevir were repeatedly fired upon on October 10-11-12.
Azerbaijan has repeatedly stated that rocket attacks from the territory of Armenia are aimed at causing a retaliatory strike and accusing Baku of attacking Armenia. According to Yerevan's plan, this will give it the right to ask the CSTO and Russia to intervene in the conflict. -02D-
