Armenian Foreign Ministry: Baku has received the sixth proposal for a peace treaty
Baku/21.11.23/Turan: Armenia has submitted to Azerbaijan the sixth proposal for the conclusion of a peace treaty, the Armenian Foreign Ministry announced this on November 21. "Armenia remains committed to concluding and signing a document on normalization of relations based on the previously announced principles," the Foreign Ministry said.
On Tuesday, Deputy Speaker of the Armenian Parliament Hakob Arshakyan said that various peace treaty projects are being exchanged between Baku and Yerevan. "A document with proposals is sent to Yerevan, and from Yerevan with proposals s sent to Baku," Arshakyan said in an interview with journalists.
It should be recalled that on September 11, Baku sent the 5th version of proposals for a peace treaty. Yerevan has answered it only now. The parties do not report on the content of the proposals and options for a peace treaty.
On October 30, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said that the parties had agreed on three main principles of the peace agreement: the recognition by the barons of each other's territorial integrity, based on the fact that the territory of Armenia is 29.8 thousand square kilometers, and Azerbaijan is 86.6 thousand square kilometers.
The second principle is that the Alma-Ata Declaration of 1991 should become the political basis for the delimitation and further demarcation of the State border.
The third principle is the opening of all regional communications based on mutual respect for sovereignty," Pashinyan said.
Official Baku did not comment on this statement. -02D

Sovetlər dönəmində Azərbaycan xalqının iradəsi nəzərə alınmadan, xüsusən Zaqfederasiya dönəmində mərkəzi hakimiyyətin qərarı ilə Ermənistan SSR-ə verilmiş torpaqlar məsələsinin üzərindən sükutla keçilməməlidir. Xüsusən qüvvədə olan Qars müqaviləsində nəzərdə tutulmuş ərazi məsələsi gündəmə gətirilməlidir. Naxçıvana verilmiş torpaqların geri qaytarılması üçün Qars müqaviləsinə istinad olunmalıdır. Ermənistan üçün 29.8 min kvadrat kilometrin tanınması bir daha həmin ərazilərin təftişi məsələsini mümkünsüz edəcəkdir.
