Armenians mined bridges and left Khojavend
Baku/02.10.23/Turan: Explosive devices of great destructive force were found on 4 automobile bridges in the Khojavend region of Azerbaijan, a joint statement of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the National Agency for Mine Clearance (ANAMA.)
In total, boxes with TNT with a total weight of more than 200 kg were found on mined bridges located near civilian objects, the press release notes. So, in the lower and side parts of the bridges, boxes with 25 kg of TNT in each with an electric detonator and several TM-57 anti-tank mines were found in order to amplify the explosion and mass destruction of equipment and people.
The discovered explosive devices were neutralized by ANAMA employees, the security of the territory was ensured, the message concludes. ----05B06----

On Monday, the Baku Appeals Court considered the appeal of Talysh researcher Iqbal Abilov against the extension of his detention for another four months. The defense argued that the decision to extend Abilov's detention was unjustified, lawyer Fariz Namazly told reporters.
