Authorities Intend to Extend Quarantine Regime for another Two Weeks
Baku / 17.07.20 / Turan: The toughening of quarantine adopted in the country two weeks ago (until July 20) will be extended for the same period. This was reported by the assistant to the head of state and the head of the economic department of the presidential administration, Shahmar Movsumov, speaking on state TV on Thursday evening.
According to him, the decision was made after discussing the situation in the Operational Headquarters of the Cabinet of Ministers.
Recall that the tightening of the quarantine regime was extended to several regions of the country, except for Baku, two weeks ago. It is possible that the quarantine zone will be expanded.
Currently, quarantine operates in Baku, Sumgait, Lankaran, Mingachevir, Yevlakh, Jalilabad, Ganja, Masalli, Absheron, Goranboy, Goygol, Barda, Khachmaz, Samukh, Siyazan and Sheki regions. -02D-
