Baku / 06.08.20 / Turan: Azerbaijan allocated assistance to Lebanon in the amount of $ 1 million. The corresponding order was signed yesterday by the Prime Minister of Azerbaijan Ali Asadov.
The specified amount will be allocated from the reserve fund of the state budget for 2020.
The aid is being allocated in response to Lebanon's humanitarian needs in the wake of the devastating explosion in the port of Beirut on 3 August.
According to the latest data, the disaster resulted in the death of at least 137 people and the injury of more than 5 thousand people. –06D-

From 19 to 26 July, 24 automatic rifles, 1 machine gun, 9 rifles, 28 grenades, 441 shells, 3118 cartridges of different calibre and other ammunition were found in Khankendi, the Azerbaijani Interior Ministry reported.
