Azerbaijan has sent rescue equipment and fuel to Ukraine
Baku/09.06.23/Turan: Azerbaijan hava dispatched humanitarian assistance to Ukraine, including equipment for rescue operations and infrastructure restoration. The aid package consists of water pipes, water pumps, and life jackets, which will be transported by a special flight to Poland and then transferred via land transport to Ukraine.
Simultaneously, Azerbaijan has also sent twenty tons of fuel to support equipment and vessels involved in rescue operations in the flooded areas of the Kherson region, as confirmed by the Ukrainian Ambassador to Baku, Vladislav Kanevsky, during a press briefing.
For the period up to June 8, the total volume of Azerbaijan's state aid to Ukraine amounted to 1,050 tons of humanitarian cargo worth more than 30 million manats.
