Baku/04.08.23/Turan: Production of machines for mine clearance has begun in Azerbaijan, the head of the Azerbaijan Mine Clearance Agency (ANAMA) Vugar Suleymanov stated today during the presentation of such a machine.
The machine is called "Revival P" and is manufactured by the Improtex group of companies.
So far, 95 thousand hectares have been cleared of mines in the liberated territories.
About 30 thousand infantry, 17 thousand anti-tank and more than 40 thousand unexploded mines and ammunition were found and neutralized.
Since November 2020, 305 people have been blown up by mines in these territories, of which 57 have died. ---02D---
