Baku / 08.08.19 / Turan: The Azerbaijani Embassy in Sofia handed over a note of protest to the Bulgarian Foreign Ministry in connection with the visit of Bulgarian deputies and Valery Simeonov and Yordan Apostolov to the Nagorno-Karabakh region of Azerbaijan.
According to the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan, Valery Simeonov visits Karabakh for the third time. After his first visit in 2016, he was blacklisted and banned from entering Azerbaijan. Similar steps will be taken with respect to Yordan Apostolov, the press service said.
It should be noted that these persons visited Karabakh on August 6-7, where they met with the leadership of the Armenian separatists and, in particular, with "Speaker of the Parliament" Ashot Gulyan. -02D-
