Azerbaijan to be represented at NATO summit by Foreign Minister Ceyhun Bayramov
Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Ceyhun Bayramov left for the United States on a working visit on July 9. During the visit, Bayramov is scheduled to attend the NATO summit in Washington, and hold a number of high-level bilateral meetings, the press service of the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry reported.
It ought to be noted that Armenia will also be represented at the NATO summit by Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan.

According to lawyer Zibeida Sadigova, Ibrahim was taken to court in handcuffs. There were guards sitting next to him throughout the whole process.
