Azerbaijan to Extradite Two Pakistanis to USA, Where They Are Accused of Fraud
Baku / 13.03.20 / Turan: On March 12, the Baku Serious Crimes Court decided to extradite Pakistanis Asif Mohammed Anjum and Hani Shah Navaz to the United States. Thus, the court granted the request of the Ministry of Justice of Azerbaijan to extradite these persons.
According to the Justice Department, the US Supreme Court previously sentenced these Pakistanis for identity theft, fraud and theft.
Asif Mohammed Anjum, born in 1982, and Hani Shah Navaz, born in 1985, were put on the international wanted list; several months ago they were detained in Azerbaijan. -02D-
