Azerbaijani Armed Forces will conduct trainings to neutralize terrorists
Baku/12.05.21/Turan: The Azerbaijani Army will start trainings with the participation of various types of troops on May 16, the press service of the Ministry of Defense reported.
The trainings will involve up to 15,000 personnel, up to 300 units of tanks and other armored vehicles, up to 400 rocket and artillery installations, multiple rocket launchers, mortars and anti-tank weapons, up to 50 units of military aviation and unmanned aerial vehicles for various purposes.
"The trainings will focus on command, alertness and regrouping of troops taking into account the combat experience gained in the Patriotic War, including the improvement of combat interaction between combined arms units, missile and artillery forces, aviation and special forces.
During the trainings , which will continue until May 20, the troops will at the same time carry out tasks to prevent provocations by illegal armed groups and conduct operations to neutralize terrorists," it was reported. -02D-

"We are strengthening efforts to open direct air routes, as well as economic development and energy," said Djuric. The minister expressed confidence that cooperation between Serbia and Azerbaijan would become even closer and more intensive in the near future.
