Azerbaijan's special missions are being established in the liberated territories
Baku/19.01.21/Turan: On January 19, the President Ilham Aliyev signed on a decree "On special presidential representatives in the territories liberated from occupation."
This decision was made to accelerate the process of reviving the liberated territories, restoration and reconstruction, strengthening the coordination of the work of state bodies, increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of management.
Special representatives will be appointed by the head of state. Within a certain territory, they will exercise the powers that the head of state will give them.
The presidential administration was instructed to submit a draft regulation and proposals on organizing the activities of special missions within 15 days. — 06D-
