Bayramov and Abdollahiyan discussed the current situation in bilateral relations
Baku/15.04.23./Turan: A telephone conversation took place yesterday between the Foreign Ministers of Azerbaijan and Iran - Ceyhun Bayramov and Hossein Amir Abdollahiyan.
The ministers discussed the current situation in bilateral relations between Azerbaijan and Iran, and expressed their readiness to continue negotiations and, if necessary, to carry out bilateral visits.
The ministers also exchanged views on regional issues, the press service of the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry reported.
This is the third telephone conversation between the Foreign Ministers of Azerbaijan and Iran over the past week after Baku declared 4 employees of the Iranian Embassy persona non grata in connection with provocative statements by politicians of this country addressed to the Azerbaijani state. --06B--
