"Umid" party will hold its first election rally on September 22 in Aghstafa region in the west of the country, 450 km. from Baku from 12:00am to 14:00pm.
According to the leader of "Umid" party, Iqbal Aghazadeh, the party also plans to hold rallies in Barda, Ganja, Sheki, Geychay, Masally, Balakan, Guba, and Beylyagan regions.

President Ilham Aliyev has approved by decree the Azerbaijan-Kazakh intergovernmental agreement on cooperation in military intelligence defense sector. The document was signed in Baku on 7 June 2024.
