Changes in Composition of Pardon Commission
Baku / 09/02/19 / Turan: President Ilham Aliyev today signed an order to amend the composition of the Commission on pardons under the head of state.
According to the document, former Interior Minister Ramil Usubov and ex-chief of the State Security Service (SSS) Madat Guliyev were removed from the commission.
Instead of them, the commission included the current leaders of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the State Security Service - Vilayat Eyvazov and Ali Nagiyev.
They came to head these departments in June. Then, Usubov and Guliyev were appointed Secretary of the Security Council under the President and Minister of Defense Industry. -21D-
