Baku / 03.04.18 / Turan: Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev on Monday signed an order on the appointment of Ilgar Fazil Oglu Isgandarov as Consul General of Azerbaijan in the city of Yekaterinburg of the Russian Federation.
By another decree of the head of state, Ashraf Farhad Oglu Shikhaliyev was appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Azerbaijan to India. --0----
