Baku/23.11.21/Turan: On Tuesday, the Minister of Defense of Azerbaijan Zakir Hasanov received on Tuesday a Turkish delegation headed by the General Director of the ASELSAN company Haluk Gyorgyun.
Referring to bilateral cooperation in the military-technical sphere, Hasanov especially noted the high quality of technical equipment produced by ASELSAN, used during the Second Karabakh war.
They also discussed new ways and methods of conducting combat operations in modern conditions, as well as joint projects to improve the technical equipment of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces.
It was noted that equipping the Azerbaijani army with advanced information technologies and communication systems will ensure covert and operational command and control of the troops, and will also contribute to increasing their maneuverability and combat effectiveness. --06D--
