Detention of another separatist is reported
Baku/03.10.23/Turan: Armenian media reports on the detention of separatist Artur Harutyunyan by Azerbaijani border guards at the Lachyn checkpoint.
A few days before the collapse of the separatist regime, he was appointed "state minister". Artur Harutyunyan is a cousin of the former separatist leader Araik Harutyunyan.
