EU, Baku Agree on Program to Help Eliminate Consequences of Pandemic
Baku/29.01.21/Turan: The European Union has agreed with the government of Azerbaijan a two-year program to help eliminate the consequences of the coronavirus pandemic. Kestutis Yankauskas, the head of the EU Delegation to Azerbaijan, told the journalists.
According to him, the project is aimed at social and economic recovery in the post-pandemic period.
“Funding has been allocated to help people who lost their jobs due to the pandemic. The project also provides for other tools to assist people affected by the negative consequences of the pandemic,” he said. –71D-
