EU calls on Baku and Yerevan to make progress on border delimitation
Baku/03.11.22/Turan: The third meeting of the Azerbaijani and Armenian commissions on the delimitation of the border between the two countries is being held on November 3 in Brussels. “I am glad to welcome in Brussels the border commissions headed by Mher Grigoryan and Shahin Mustafayev at their 3rd meeting.
The European Union calls on the parties to take steps to improve security on the ground and make progress on border delimitation,” Stefano Sannino, Secretary General of the EU External Action Service, tweeted.
The first meeting of the commission was held on May 24 at the Nakhchivan section of the Azerbaijani-Armenian border. The second meeting of the commissions was held on August 30 in Moscow.
The decision on the current meeting was made on October 6 in Prague at a meeting between Ilham Aliyev and Nikol Pashinyan with the participation of French Presidents Macron and the Council of the European Union Michel. ---0---
