Baku/03.11.22/Turan: On November 3, Turkish Vice President Fuat Oktay arrives in Baku on a visit, Anadolu agency reported.
On November 4, he will have talks with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and Prime Minister Ali Asadov.
Together with Asadov, Fuat Oktay will chair the 10th meeting of the Azerbaijani-Turkish intergovernmental commission on economic cooperation. He will also take part in the joint Turkish-Azerbaijani business forum.
On November 5, Fuat Oktay will pay a visit to Shusha. ---02D---

On the evening of February 5, it was reported that journalist Shahnaz Beylargizi had been arrested. She had been a presenter on the Toplum TV channel for several years. After a criminal case was initiated against the channel in March 2024 and nearly all of its staff were arrested, Beylargizi was questioned multiple times.
