Baku / 19.12.19 / Turan: Information on the arrest of the head of the executive branch of Agstafa Nizameddin Guliyev and his deputy Ramiz Tatarov is confirmed, Turan wastold by a source in the executive branch of the city who wished to remain anonymous.
According to the same source, at present, the duties of the head of the Agstafa are temporarily performed by the head of the department of socio-economic development of the executive branch Aydin Hajiyev.
