Fazil Mustafa: this bill is not in the interests of citizens
Baku / 30.04.19 / Turan: Deputy of the Milli Majlis, Fazil Mustafa, criticized the draft amendments to the Law on Bankruptcy and Collapse submitted to parliament.
According to the document, bankruptcy of individuals, unlike legal entities, will not be recognized. "These amendments do not meet the interests of individuals, and in fact the state will not take steps due to their problems," said Mustafa. In his opinion, innovations will also limit citizens' initiatives, due to the risks of bankruptcy. This procedure was valid until 2015. However, after the devaluation, changes were made in the legislation, and bankruptcy procedures were also extended to individuals. The draft amendment has already been adopted in the first reading. -06D-
