Flag of Azerbaijan on the uniform of the Ukrainian national team
Baku/10.05.22/Turan: President of the Ukrainian Football Association (UAF) Andriy Pavelko announced the release of a special kit for the Ukrainian national team. In it, the national team will play the next friendly matches. The form shows a map of Ukraine, the borders of which are stylized as the flags of states that provide assistance to Ukrainians. Among them is also the flag of Azerbaijan.
There is also an inscription on the form: “United for Ukraine”. The numbers of the players on the back are laid out from the names of the affected Ukrainian cities.
“In this unique form, the Ukrainian national team will play only in the matches of preparation for the playoffs of the 2022 World Cup. After that, one T-shirt for local museums will be transferred to each of the settlements indicated on the uniform,” Pavelko wrote in his social networks.—06B-
