For Mazahir Panahov to Pay Attention
The website Meydan TV posted a video, where an offense is recorded during the municipal elections passing in Azerbaijan.
It happened at 10 a.m. at the 12th polling station in the Yasamal district of the capital.
In particular, physical force was used against two employees of this Internet TV channel, when they filmed massive stuffing of ballots into the ballot box by some person.
When journalists asked the head of the election commission on the matter, the members of the election commission and the people in civil dress expelled the journalists, requiring them to erase the filmed footage and insulting them.
Yesterday at a press conference the head of the Central Election Commission Mazahir Panahov promised that the elections would be ideal, and asked all the journalists to immediately report violations.
Apparently members of the election commission of the 12th polling station of the Yasamal district did not hear these words of Panahov. -03D04-

The outcome of the 44-day Second Karabakh War in 2020 has significantly reshaped the ranking of foreign direct investment (FDI) into Azerbaijan's economy, economist Gubad Ibadoglu said in an article. Recent data show a notable rise in investments from Russia, Turkey, and China, particularly targeting the liberated territories. However, Western investments have remained limited, as barriers such as monopolies, a lack of judicial independence, and the government's classification of states as "friendly" or "unfriendly" have dampened interest.
