Germany considers status quo in Karabakh conflict unacceptable - ambassador
Baku / 23.04.19 / Turan: Germany considers unacceptable the preservation of the status quo in the Karabakh conflict, German Ambassador to Azerbaijan Michael Kindsqrab said at a press conference today.
"Therefore, we call for negotiations on a peaceful settlement of the conflict and support the efforts of the co-chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group and the personal representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office in this direction," he said.
"We closely monitor all processes within the OSCE Minsk Group and the meetings between the President of Azerbaijan and the Prime Minister of Armenia, as well as the foreign ministers of the two countries," the ambassador said.
He expressed hope for the achievement of concrete results in this process. -06D--
