Greek Foreign Minister and French Defense Minister criticize Azerbaijan
Baku/28.09.22/Turan: Greek Foreign Minister Nikos Dendias, who is in Yerevan on an official visit, accused Azerbaijan of aggression against Armenia.
At a briefing on September 27 after a meeting with Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan, he stated: “Greece recognizes the sovereignty, territorial integrity and inviolability of the borders of all countries. What happened a few days ago, when the Azerbaijani Armed Forces shelled the territory of Armenia, is unacceptable,” he said and quoted French President Macron, who condemned the breakdown of peace talks.
Meanwhile, Paris did not stop there. Thus, French Defense Minister Sebastian Lecorneau, while receiving Armenian Defense Minister Suren Papikyan, who is in France these days, stated that Azerbaijani troops should be withdrawn from the territory of Armenia.
He promised to send a special delegation to Armenia to get acquainted with the situation on the ground. --02D--
