Group of students studying in the U.S. support Jamil Hasanli
Baku/05.10.13/Turan : A group of Azerbaijani students studying in the United States, expressed support for Jamil Hasanli, the presidential election candidates of the National Council of Democratic Forces.
"Giving our votes for Jamil Hasanli, we vote for development, democracy , dignity, secular values and return of Karabakh," reads a statement by students sent to Turan agency.
The authors believe that Hasanli has confirmed during the election campaign that if he is elected, he would be the president of all Azerbaijanis.
"Today, Azerbaijan needs not dividing, but consolidating leader. We believe that such a leader is Jamil Hasanli,"- the document says.
Azerbaijani students studying in America believe that only under the presidency of Hasanli it will be possible “to eradicate corruption in Azerbaijan", and put an end to the power of the Family."
Students also reported that they have no relation to the allegations of Diaspora organizations: US Azeris Network, Azerbaijan New York Assosiation, and others who expressed support for Ilham Aliyev.
"That statement made on our behalf has not been signed by even one person ," reads the statements.-03D-
