Hikmet Mirzoev awarded the rank of lieutenant general
Baku / 10.17.20 / Turan: President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev today signed an order on conferring the rank of lieutenant general on Major General Hikmet Mirzoev.
Note that Mirzoyev is the head of one of the formations that played an important role in the liberation of the city of Fizuli and the achievement of other military successes of the Azerbaijani army in the southern direction of the front. — 06D-
