И.Алиев пообщался с главой парламента Монтенегро по видеосвязи
Baku/17.01.22/Turan: Head of the state Ilham Aliyev held a meeting in video format with the head of the Parliament of Montenegro Alex Becici on Monday.
The Presidential press service reports that Aliyev noted the good basis for the development of cooperation in trade, economic, energy and transport spheres.
In turn, Alex Becici stated that Montenegro has always supported the territorial integrity and sovereignty of Azerbaijan. According to him, the ties between the two countries are of strategic partnership, and he called on to sign a relevant document.
During the meeting the parties discussed issues of mutual support within the framework of international organizations, as well as expressed their views on the activation of the intergovernmental commission. -02D-

According to a report by Turan correspondent, the discussions took place behind closed doors and lasted for over an hour. No statements were made to the press following the meeting. Furthermore, conference security prevented journalists from asking questions to the meeting participants.
