The infogram was compiled on the basis of the report published in 2016 and the Legal Opinion on Third Party Obligations in Connection with Illegal Economic and Other Activities in the Occupied Territories of Azerbaijan prepared by the international legal expert Allain Pellet in 2017.

Three members of the Popular Front Party of Azerbaijan (PFPA) have been detained over the past two days.
