International election observers in Azerbaijan to hold news conference on Monday
Baku/07.02.20/Turan: International observers to the parliamentary elections in Azerbaijan will present their preliminary conclusions at a news conference on Monday , February 10 at 15:00 at Holiday Inn hotel.
According to a press release of the observation mission Statement of preliminary findings and conclusions will be presented by:
Artur Gerasymov, Special Co-ordinator and leader of the OSCE short-term observer mission;
Frank Schwabe, Head of the PACE delegation;
Elena Hoxha-Gjebrea, Head of the OSCE PA delegation, and Ambassador Peter Tejler, Head of the ODIHR election observation mission.
The international election observation is a joint mission of the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR), the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly (OSCE PA) and [the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE). The observation mission totals 358 observers from 41 countries, including 273 ODIHR-deployed experts, long-term and short-term observers, 57 parliamentarians and staff from the OSCE PA and 28 from PACE. -02D-

"In connection with the Day of Mourning in Azerbaijan, the British Embassy in Baku has lowered the national flag in memory of the victims of the plane crash," reads the post on the embassy's social media account on platform X.
