June 17 will be considered another appeal from Mirkadirov
The Baku Court of Appeal (BCA) chaired by Jamal Ramazanov will consider another appeal from the arrested columnist of Zerkalo Rauf Mirkadirov on June 17.
The complaint was filed against the decision of the Nasimi District Court, which dismissed the complaint from the journalist of the investigator's decision to not admit a notary for him to transfer power of attorney to Turkish lawyers to protect the rights of Mirkadirov in this country.
The lawyer for Mirkadirov, Elmar Suleymanov told Turan. The defense also intends to decline the BCA staff of judges because these judges did not satisfy the complaint from Mirkadirov of his unlawful arrest.
* Mirkadirov was arrested April 19 immediately after the deportation from Turkey. He was charged with treason and espionage in favor of Armenia. The journalist believes the accusation absurd and rejects it. -16B -
