Khadija Ismailova is sentenced to community works
Today Binagadi District Court of Baku sentenced a well-known Azerbaijani investigative journalist, Khadija Ismailova, to 220 hours of community works, because the journalist did not pay the fine of 400 manat (more than $500) for participating in the action of protest on January 26 in Baku. The participants protested against the repression against members of unrest in Ismailli region on January 23-24.
