Khankandi is connected to the energy system of Azerbaijan
Baku/24.09.23/Turan: In the city of Khankandi on the evening of September 24, electricity supply was completely restored, the administration of the Azerbaijani president reported.
The city was separated from the Armenian power grid and connected to the Azerbaijani power grid. Preparations for this began back in 2021 when special equipment was installed at the Shusha substation.
From September 19 " Azerenergy" began the installation of additional high-voltage towers with a capacity of 110 kV. This process has been completed, the statement said.
After specialists checked the transmission and distribution network and protection system, voltage was applied to the line. “The light of Azerbaijan is already burning in Khankandi,” the conclusion says..
The restoration of electricity supply in Khankandi is also confirmed by video footage distributed in telegram channels.—06B-
