He noted that Ukraine will continue to support the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan. Earlier, at a meeting with the head of state Ilham Aliyev, Klimkin said that they were eagerly awaiting the visit of the Azerbaijani president.
Klimkin also noted a significant increase in mutual trade turnover over the past six months.

On Monday, the Baku Appeals Court considered the appeal of Talysh researcher Iqbal Abilov against the extension of his detention for another four months. The defense argued that the decision to extend Abilov's detention was unjustified, lawyer Fariz Namazly told reporters.
