Within the framework of the Dubai Airshow 2023 international exhibition, a meeting of the Defense Ministers of Azerbaijan and Italy – Zakir Hasanov and Guido Crosetto - took place in Dubai.
According to the press service of the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan, prospects for the development of cooperation between the two countries in military, military-technical, military-educational and other fields, as well as a number of issues of mutual interest were discussed during the meeting.

On Monday, the Baku Appeals Court considered the appeal of Talysh researcher Iqbal Abilov against the extension of his detention for another four months. The defense argued that the decision to extend Abilov's detention was unjustified, lawyer Fariz Namazly told reporters.
