Baku/24.10.23/Turan: An informal communication between Mirzoyan and Bayramov took place in Tehran within the framework of the meeting in the "3+3 Format".
Armenian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Ani Badalyan told reporters about this in an interview. According to her, informal communication for such platforms is commonplace.
