Meeting of Working Group on Azerbaijani-Pakistani Military Cooperation
Baku / 17.01.18 / Turan: A meeting of the Azerbaijani-Pakistani working group of the officers of the Armed Forces of the two countries began in the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan.
The Defense Ministry's press service reports that the meeting discussed the development of military cooperation and its prospects, as well as the activities scheduled for 2018.
The working group from the Azerbaijani side is headed by the head of the International Cooperation Department, Major-General Huseyn Mahmudov, and from the Pakistan side - the chief of the foreign affairs department of the general staff, Major-General Muhammad Shafig.
The Working Group will continue its meetings on January 18.-16D-

As part of the peace process with Azerbaijan, Armenia has proposed solutions to all agenda issues, stated Armen Grigoryan, Secretary of Armenia's Security Council, on January 23. "We are not asking for peace, we are offering peaceful solutions to all existing issues. For the two unresolved points, we have sent proposals and are waiting for a response from the Azerbaijani side. We hope that we will find solutions," Grigoryan said, according to Armenian media.
