Baku / September 25, 18 / Turan: On September 25, Defense Minister Zakir Hasanov held a series of meetings with participants of the international arms exhibition ADEX 2018. According to the press service of the Ministry of Defense, Hasanov held meetings with the Deputy Defense Minister of Turkey Muhsin Dar, Minister of Defense Industry of Belarus, Roman Golovchenko and Deputy Minister of Defense of the country Sergei Simonenko, as well as Bulgarian Defense Minister Krasimir Karachanov. On the evening of February 5, it was reported that journalist Shahnaz Beylargizi had been arrested. She had been a presenter on the Toplum TV channel for several years. After a criminal case was initiated against the channel in March 2024 and nearly all of its staff were arrested, Beylargizi was questioned multiple times. According to relatives, the police conducted a search of her apartment.
