Baku/06.01.22/Turan: The head of the Musavat Party Arif Hajily and his deputy Sahavet Soltan are invited to the congress of the European Union of Liberals and Democrats for Europe (ALDE), which will be held on June 2-4 in Dublin, the capital of Ireland.
Congress delegates will try to form a liberal response to such unprecedented challenges as the post-COVID period, the war in Ukraine, climate change, energy security, the future of Europe, etc.
The congress will be held under the slogan “Now more than ever we need a strong, united Europe. At this ALDE party convention, let's shape the liberal response and move forward together!"
The ALDE group is one of the largest factions in the European Parliament. The group is represented by 100 deputies in the European Parliament. The group includes political parties from 43 countries. Musavat Party has been a member of ALDE since 2007. --0--
