National Council of Democratic Forces (NCDF) is for parallel calculation and independent exit-poll in the presidential election
On 7 June the National Council of Democratic Forces (NCDF) adopted at its first meeting an appeal to the international community.
The appeal contains goal of creating the NCDF and calls to support the efforts of the NCDF on democratization of Azerbaijan and protection of human rights.
The appeal noted the importance of assistance in providing democratic freedoms, including freedom of assembly, expression, media, release of political prisoners in Azerbaijan.
Particular attention is paid to the need for democratic presidential elections and the formation of fair and competitive campaign.
The importance of improving the electoral legislation based on the recommendations of the ODIHR/OSCE and the Venice Commission of the Council of Europe, the organization of parallel calculation of votes and independent exit-poll was stressed. -06D –

From 19 to 26 July, 24 automatic rifles, 1 machine gun, 9 rifles, 28 grenades, 441 shells, 3118 cartridges of different calibre and other ammunition were found in Khankendi, the Azerbaijani Interior Ministry reported. During the mentioned period, the police found 1 machine gun, 50 grenades, 7 fuses, 3 shells and 320 cartridges of different calibre in Shusha.

President Ilham Aliyev has approved by decree the Azerbaijan-Kazakh intergovernmental agreement on cooperation in military intelligence defense sector. The document was signed in Baku on 7 June 2024.
