NCDF launches its newspaper "Yeni Jumhuriyyet"
A printed edition of the National Council of Democratic Forces (NCDF) "Yeni Jumhuriyyet" ("The New Republic") will be published in a few days. The newspaper has already been registered in the Ministry of Justice. The On-line version of the print edition will be available at www.cumhuriyyet.az.
The new body will cover the activities of the NCDF, contributing to the realization of its goals. The creative team and the authors of papers include some members of the NCDF, and well known journalists.—06d--

The Prosecutor's Office is investigating the deaths of two people during the recent floods in Baku, Baku Mayor Eldar Azizov said commenting on the consequences of the flooding of tunnels in the capital during the heavy rains on October 22 to journalists. According to him, the sewer system could not handle the large volume of floodwater, which led to the drowning of two people in a tunnel in the Sabunchu district of Baku. The floods revealed vulnerabilities in Baku's water infrastructure.
