Baku/22.02.21/Turan: NIDA movement activist Elmir Abbasov was arrested administratively.
Turan was informed about this by the lawyer Zibeyda Sadigova.

“This information was confirmed to me from the Sumgayit city police department. Currently, Elmir Abbasov is being held in the preliminary detention cell of the Sumgayit police,” the lawyer said.
The NIDA movement told Turan that Abbasov disappeared a few days ago.
