Activists of the youth committee of PFPA Fuad Ahmedli was arrested by two persons in civilian clothes a week ago and since then his fate remains unknown.
Turan was told by the father of the activist Zafar Ahmedli.
According to him, although it is reported that Ahmedli is contained in the General Directorate for Combating Organized Crime (GUBOP) of the Ministry of Interior, there is no official information about the reasons for his arrest.

On April 30, I again went to this office. There an officer in plainclothes named Elman said that Fuad was there and was arrested for 25 days for "petty hooliganism." But the gist of “disorderly conduct” was not explained. An employee named Elman said that "perhaps he cursed in the street and police detained him". Then I asked, is a curse for the people brought to the Directorate for Combating Organized Crime? What the police officer said that he "did not know. Then I asked for the judgment of the arrest, but they did not give me anything. In general, I have not found an answer for any question on Fuad and I did not obtain the judgment," said Z. Ahmedli.
Lawyer Vugar Mamedov also, despite the presentation of a warrant, failed to meet Ahmedli.
He was also in GUBOP and was not given any explanation why Ahmedli was contained in this department if he was arrested in administrative order.
"I think that he was tortured," the lawyer told Turan.
The leader of the Popular Front Party Ali Kerimli said that Ahmedli recently underwent surgery and the responsibility for his health rests with the government.
"An activist of the youth committee of PFPA Fuad Ahmadli was kidnapped by GUBOP four days ago. Concerning him there is not even a formal judicial decision. He is even not given a meeting with the lawyer. And his parents are not provided information on the charges against him," wrote Kerimli on Facebook.
