Pashinyan could not persuade Aliyev to release Armenian prisoners of war
Baku / 11.01.21 / Turan: Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan does not hide his disappointment with the results of the Moscow meeting, since it was not possible to free the Armenian prisoners of war. He said this during a briefing at the end of the trilateral meeting.
He also expressed disappointment that the issue of the status of Nagorno-Karabakh.
"Unfortunately, this conflict has not yet been resolved, there are still many questions, one of which is the status of Nagorno-Karabakh. Armenia is ready to continue negotiations within the framework of the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairmanship," Pashinyan said.
At the same time, he expressed the hope that regional cooperation and restoration of transport communications will bring the final peace closer and maintain stability. -02B-
