Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan stated s on Monday at a meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin in Sochi. He expressed hope that the trilateral statement following today's meeting would contain a reference to this document.
“Armenia proposed this, but there is still no confirmation that the Russian Federation supports this proposal. I want to emphasize that this does not contradict the agreements that were reached in Prague. During the Prague talks, I focused on your public statements on Nagorno-Karabakh," Pashinyan said.
The conflict around Karabakh has been going on for decades, it must be ended, the Russian President Vladimir Putin said. He also expressed hope that the trilateral summit with the leaders of Armenia and Azerbaijan would make it possible to find "key points that will allow us to move forward."
