Pashinyan - We have great losses
Yerevan / 10.10.20 / Turan: For 18 days of fighting, units of the Karabakh army retreated in some areas of the northern and southern directions of the front. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan stated this on Tuesday during his address to the people.
According to him, an extremely difficult situation has developed on the front line and he is obliged to tell the people the truth.
“During this time we have suffered heavy losses. At the moment, the number of our victims is very large, and I mourn them,” Pashinyan said.
He said that in recent days the Azerbaijani Armed Forces have changed their tactics and with the help of sabotage groups "are trying to create chaos and panic in the rear of the Armenian troops." The Armenian forces are holding the defense at the cost of huge sacrifices.
He also added that the Armenians would not give up the struggle for the independence of Karabakh and its international recognition. -02D-
