Destroyed rocket systems of Armenians could hit Baku - Azerbaijan Air Force
Baku / 14.10.20 / Turan: If Azerbaijan had not destroyed the missile launchers of Armenia last night, they could have hit Baku, General Ikram Aliyev, Chief of Staff of the Azerbaijani Air Force, said at a briefing for the military attachés of the embassies accredited in Baku on Tuesday.
“During the special operation on October 12, one installation of the Tochka-U missile system was destroyed on the territory of the occupied Gubadli region.
On October 14, at 1 am, a blow was struck on two, and at 8:30 another “Elbrus” missile systems.
If these complexes, with a range of 300 km. were delivered to Karabakh, they could hit Baku,” the general noted and added that the complexes were part of the 71st missile regiment of the Armenian Armed Forces.
Having presented a photo of the destroyed complexes, the general emphasized that they were brought into combat condition. Earlier, the Ministry of Defense reported that these complexes were aimed at Ganja and Mingechevir. -02D-
