PPFA is suing the Ministry of Justice
A preparatory meeting on the complaint of the Popular Front Party (APFP) against the Ministry of Justice took place in the Baku Administrative-Economic Court No. 1 on Thursday. The complaint filed in connection with the refusal of the Ministry of Justice included in the state register of information on the results of sixth (ninth) Congress of APFP on September 27, 2015.
At the preparatory meeting spoke the legal representative of the PPFA Fakhraddin Mehdiyev. The meeting was adjourned because the representative of the Justice Ministry did not appear to the court. The lawyer described it as lack of respect to the court and Justice Ministry said the need to ensure the presence of the defendant. A preparatory meeting was postponed to February 4.
At the end of 2015 APFP deputy chairman Razi Nurullayev was expelled from the party for "anti-party activities." A group of people who also declared themselves the Popular Front Party also left the party, and submitted documents to the Justice Ministry. -03D-
